Hyperspectral Microscopy Multiplexing Fluorophores with CytoViva
CytoViva, Inc. provides a high spectral resolution hyperspectral microscopy system that can spectrally identify and spectrally map multiple different fluorophores in a single image. The CytoViva system captures the full VNIR 400nm-1,000nm spectral response in every image pixel at 2nm of spectral resolution. Pixel resolution can be 1024 x 1024 or greater with submicron pixel sizes.
Equipping the hyperspectral microscope with CytoViva’s patented enhanced darkfield optics creates a high signal-to-noise optical image by directing broadband light onto the sample at a highly structured oblique angle. This can excite the fluorophores and allow emission from the fluorescence along with scattering from non-fluorescence sample elements to be captured and recorded in each pixel of the hyperspectral image without any interference from the source light.
