Now we got Bean Flour. So what are we going to do with It ?
In the previous video I showed you how to take your old dry beans and grind them into flour. So now we take that bean flour and make healthy and nutritious recipe, that will be so tasty. SO sit back and stay awhile and see what I make of it.
Note: I made a couple of adjustments , I did not video. The first was I added another 1/2 cup of bread flour to the batter, to stiffen it up more. The second adjustment was to the baking time. I checked the bread at 30 minutes and then decided to add another 10 more minutes to insure it was done and brown the top some more. NO other changes were made during the process of making this.
