FTXT Hydrogen Energy Technology Center

There are a number of things that make #FTXTenergy a unique company. One of them is the Hydrogen Energy Technology Center, a critical foundation for our hydrogen industry leadership in the future. It is the largest and the most advanced facility of its kind in China and one of the largest ones in the world.

The Center has officially begun its operations in June 2018. It is a large-scale integrated development and test center focusing on hydrogen energy and fuel cell vehicle key components. The center features the main facility consisting of two buildings, one accommodating hydrogen storage systems design, and small-scale production and testing labs, and the other one – fuel cell components and systems labs. There is also a liquid hydrogen refueling station located just next to the main building.

Up to now, the Hydrogen Energy Technology Center has attracted 105 key talents, including 19 foreign experts from the industry. Over 80% of the staff have master’s and PhD degrees in relevant fields. The center has 11 laboratories certified according to the national standards with about 240 high-end machines supplied by the best global manufacturers and engineering companies.
