You all have tried our chicken 65 recipe, but nothing can beat this protein-packed Egg 65! Egg 65 /Anda 65 is a spicy, deep-fried egg white dish that originated from India as a quick snack .

Ingredients :
- 10 Boiled Egg Whites (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Gram Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Green Chilli (chopped)
- 1 tsp Garlic (chopped)
- 1 tsp Ginger (chopped)
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- Salt
- Oil For Frying

- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
- 3-4 Dried Red Chillies
- 1/4 cup Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Green Chilli (chopped)
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli Powder
- 3 tbsp Tomato Sauce
