SERE Survival Kit

My SERE survival kit. The components of the kit coincide with other survival systems and methodologies that seek to preserve life in the field. In addition, it is my belief that the components present opportunities to improvise with materials from the surrounding environment or recreate items used during actual scenarios. As always the kit focuses on the basic survival needs of water, shelter, fire, food as well as navigation, signaling, and medical. The greatest lesson learned and which should be the focus above all else is the will to survive!
