Smart Summon in Europe: is it any good?

With Smart Summon finally coming to Europe in either update 2019.40.50 or 2019.40.2.5 (for AP2.0 models), I was happy to be able to finally put it through its paces. However, 2 main issues quickly popped up. First, you still need to have the keyfob within range, which is about 1m from the car. Secondly, UNECE also intervenes in this feature and in Europe we can only be 6m away from the vehicle and can only let the vehicle drive 20m in total. That includes the manoeuvring distances as wel. So frequently, it can only travel about 10m in reality.

UNECE needs to back down seriously on these features. Especially since this is a feature on private property, where traffic regulations normally don't apply. Or maybe it is Tesla that needs to adjust to this. I'm not a lawyer, but I think we could be able to get around the regulations if it remains restricted to private area.
