#3 My Youtube Journey: Update Channel and AWS Goals For 2021

In this 3rd video of the "My Youtube Journey" series I discuss the progress made on the channel and AWS goals for 2021. We look at the increased viewership and subs which has resulted from a change in thumbnails. The new look website is also featured with its search functionality leading to an increase in visitors using the lesson material provided. I discussion the up coming AWS videos and Cert course, and finally we look at the current state of the 2021 side project, which is a community lead revision tool.

I hope this video series will proves useful to others on an entrepreneurial journey. Rather than the approach of revisiting decisions I make towards my youtube channel, and other personal brand mediums, in hindsight: I intend to document the process as I go to sit alongside my core channel videos.

The intention of this 'document as I go approach' is two fold. First, I hope the insight into the decision making process, and the results in real time, add value to others as they use my experience to develop their own ideas. Secondly, I intend to use the videos to hold myself to account and explain what went right or wrong when reflecting on outcomes.

I feel this approach will benefit a wider audience, and myself, when compared to discussing the process in depth several years later for either a successful or unsuccessful position.
