"I Lift My Eyes" is a setting of Psalm 121 in Arabic. Originally composed for the Grammy-nominated soundtrack to the video game 'Old World', the song is performed by Lebanese star Abeer Nehme, backed by the Angel City Chorale. Christopher Tin plays piano, Sandro Friedrich plays duduk (not shown), and Jamie Papish plays all the percussion. The music video is directed by Tayo Amos.

The strings were recorded by the Budapest Scoring Orchestra, conducted by Péter Illényi.

'Old World' is a turn-based strategy game by Mohawk Games, the game studio founded by legendary 4X game designer Soren Johnson (Civilization, Spore, Offworld Trading Company). The game is available on Steam and the Epic Games store.
