Biggest Crawfish Of The Season Boiled To Perfection!
We finally got some BIG "Gunja" Crawfish to boil. Join us as we show you every step from purging, ingredients, table setup and more! These were some awesome crawfish and we had a feast!!!
Step by step instructions on how to boil crawfish.
Sack of Live Crawfish (35 lbs):
Purge crawfish in running water for 20 minutes or until water runs clear.
Add Onions, Celery, Sliced Oranges, Sliced Lemons, Half Gallon of A Citrus Punch, 4.5 lbs of Cajun Land Seasoning and 4.5 lbs of Louisiana seasoning to a 60 qt pot and bring to a boil.
Put potatoes, corn, mushrooms and sausage in and bring back to a boil. Once it gets to a rolling boil, add your purged crawfish. Let boil for 7 minutes.
Turn off the burner, add 10 lbs of ice, and let soak for 15 minutes.
