Parade of world record-breaking Circassian horsemen in the town of Bakhsan, 20 September 2017

Cavalry parade of 315 Circassian horsemen in full Circassian costumes and on Kabardian thoroughbreds in the streets of the town of Bakhsan in Kabarda on the “Day of the Circassians”, 20 September 2017. These proud equestrian masters set the world record for the “Largest Number of Cavalrymen in Circassian Costumes”, and were officially entered in the “Book of Records of Russia” (“Книга рекордов России”). In addition, a massive 2,124 people walked the streets of the town in traditional Circassian costumes – another breaking record.
