This is a tutorial video on how to take apart and replace the OLED glass screen and battery on your OnePlus 6T. (The entire LCD+Digitizer+Glass screen+Frame assembly)

Its the same procedure and same glass screen used for all carrier models.

I used the following tools:

1. Suction Cup
3. Small Phillips head screw driver
4. Hair dryer or Heat gun or Hot Plate
5. Prying tools
6. SIM ejector
