Winsor & Newton colour suggestions for beginners: (disclaimer* you do NOT need to buy tons and tons of colours! Start with a few, practice colour mixing and work your way up to new colours overtime!)
-Cadmium red deep
-Cadmium yellow
-Turquoise (cool blue) OR ultramarine blue (warm blue)
-Permanent Rose
⬆️ those 4 colours are great to start with!
The next few I would add are:
-Hookers green dark
-Indigo
-Dioxazine purple
