Today I’m showing you what I eat in a day HEALTHY SWAP EDITION! Let's be REAL, we ALL crave unhealthy/ junk foods every now & again, but the good thing is.. If you don't want to eat it YOU DON'T HAVE TO, because CHILEEE fast food has NOTHING on the Healthy Swaps I'm sharing with y'all. TRUST ME.

These Healthy Swap Recipes were so FAST & EASY to make & they are budget friendly! As always, a Mukbang is also included, so you'll see how gooood they taste lol!

Remember, eating healthy is not boring and it does not have to be expensive! So, stop worrying about what can't you eat on your weight loss journey & embrace all the amazing things you can now eat! LET'S GET IT!!

BREAKFAST HEALTHY SWAP: OATMEAL PANCAKES W/ BANANA TOPPING
Oatmeal- 1 Cup
1 Egg
Honey- 1 Tbsp
Baking Powder- 1 tsp
1 Banana (or any topping of fruit you prefer)
EXTRA *RAZZLE DAZZLE* - Cinnamon 1 tsp

LUNCH HEALTHY SWAP: CRUST LESS PIZZA
Cream Cheese- 1 package
2 Eggs
Black Pepper- 1 tsp
Salt- 1 tsp
*Any extra seasoning*- e.g (Sazon Tropical by Badia)- 1 tsp

Pizza Topping:
Pizza Sauce *any kind*
Cheddar Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese
Pepperoni *or any topping you prefer*
Spinach *or any topping you prefer*
DINNER HEALTHY SWAP: SPICY HONEY BBQ CAULIFLOWER WINGS & CARROT FRIES

Spicy Honey Bbq Cauliflower Wings:
1 Cauliflower Head
Almond Milk- 1/2 cup
All purpose flour *or any flour you prefer*- 3/4 cup
Black Pepper- 1 tsp
Salt- 1 tsp
Paprika- 1 tsp
*Any extra seasoning*- e.g (Sazon Tropical by Badia)- 1 tsp

Spicy Honey Bbq Sauce:
Bbq sauce- *any kind you prefer*- e.g (Open Pit Thick & Tangy) 1 cup
Honey- 2 tbsp
Paprika- 1 tsp
Crushed Red pepper- 1 tsp
Hot Sauce *if you want it extra spicy*- 1 tsp

Carrot Fries:
Baby Carrots- 1 cup OR a Regular Carrot - 2 sticks
Olive Oil- 2 tsp
Salt- 1 tsp
Paprika- 1 tsp
Basil leaves- 1 tsp
Eating healthy & losing weight does not have to be so hard! Weight loss transformations begin with your eating habits. Healthy habits DON'T have to be boring habits, SPICE IT UP!
