Replacing (and dissecting!) the fuel pump in a 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee

In this video, we diagnose (and dissect) a bad fuel pump in a 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.2L V8 (ZJ). We replaced the 10 year old Mopar pump with a Delphi pump. The Mopar pump was still electrically and mechanically fine but the seals had failed causing fuel to leak out of the pump and into the tank, rather than being pumped under pressure into the fuel rail. Pretty neat to see why the part failed!
