Referring to sheets using dropdowns

This video is in response to a post on a group on Facebook where it was asked as to how to reference a cell on another sheet with the sheet name being selected using a dropdown.

The solution is to use the Microsoft Excel's INDIRECT function to create a dynamic cell reference.
