The ZOZO app promises to offer a personalized clothing experience you can't get in stores, since traditional sizing tends to be inconsistent. The ZOZO app creates clothing patterns then uses the ZOZO measurement system to capture customers' precise measurements. The result is supposed to be custom clothing made just for you.

Producers Nico, Medha, Aj, and Jake test out the ZOZO app to see if it could potentially solve their sizing problems. They go through the entire ZOZO app process, order their custom clothes, then do a try-on to figure out if the ZOZO app is actually worth the money.
