Newcastle upon Tyne and surrounding area old photos. 1981.

Newcastle upon Tyne. My brother took these photos for me in early 1981. I moved away from Newcastle in 1971 and wanted to see what some of the area was like at the time. They were taken on slide film, and I've just digitized them. Unfortunately, copying slides usually means a loss of some quality, but they're good enough for a bit of history.
