Easy Homemade Vanilla White Cake From Scratch | Bake It With Love

I love this easy to make vanilla white cake from scratch recipe and use it all of the time because it has such a wonderful flavor and perfect texture! All of the chocolate cake fans in the household are converts when this cake is in the oven :) and for good reason! This is a light cake that holds a great shape, and it really is a breeze to whip up.

Ingredients
2 1/4 cups Cake Flour (All-Purpose Flour will work too)
1 3/4 cups Sugar
3 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt (unless using unsalted butter, then use 1 tsp Salt)
1 cup Butter (2 sticks, cold, cubed)
6 large Egg Whites (room temperature)
2 tsp Vanilla Extract (recommend clear vanilla)
1 cup milk (room temperature)
