Prince William continues to protect Princess Catherine’s privacy

The Prince of Wales firmly declared to Kensington Palace not to provide updates on Princess Catherine’s health.

According to the Herald Sun, Prince William’s reason is to ensure the Princess of Wales is “stress-free” during her cancer recovery.

Recent reports have suggested Catherine will not return to Royal public duties until the end of the year, prompting William’s actions.

Royal historian and author Gareth Russell revealed Prince William’s attempts to protect his wife’s privacy.

“The Palace being deliberately and firmly cagey about Kate is not accidental, there is a deliberate pivot of strategy to maintain royal privacy when it comes to Kate and this is being driven by Princess Diana’s son, who is a firm defender of his wife and her privacy,” he said.
