Returning to work has been truly enjoyable. Not only am I able to contribute my knowledge and skills to society, witnessing my children develop greater independence and resilience has been a rewarding aspect for our entire family.”

Meet Ying Fang, who returned to the workforce after a 17-year career break! With a commitment to continuous upskilling and development, the back-to-work mum exemplifies resilience in the face of challenges. As a dedicated volunteer Career Advisor with WSG, Ying Fang also takes the time to uplift and support fellow stay-at-home mums as they navigate their own return to the workplace.
