Next generation air condition to realize sustainable cooling for all | Ernest Chua

Air conditioning saves lives in heatwaves, but existing air conditioners consume too much energy, emit too much heat and use potentially hazardous chemical refrigerants. Ernest Chua from the National University of Singapore introduces a new, more efficient air conditioner that uses water and membranes to cool the air without producing heat as a by-product.
