Iberostar Selections Playa Pilar, Cayo Guillermo, Cuba (Mar 17th to 22nd, 2022). Great trip with Jenn to Cuba! Weather was 30C and sunny everyday. This was by far the best beach I have ever been too! The resort was only 1/3 capacity and we were easily able to get a Cabana right on the water every day. The sunsets were stunning! The downside; food selection was not as we are used to before Covid in Cuba. They are lacking on the basics such as hot dog/hamburger buns napkins and things we take for granted. I did not starve and never missed a meal. The staff were exceptional, especially Alex and Babo who are the pool and waterfront fitness guys.
