The program continued with a soul-stirring performance by Kumud Jha Diwan, a PhD holder in Business Studies and a renowned semi-classical singer specializing in Thumri. Kumud Jha Diwan's melodious voice, reminiscent of the late Siddheshwari Devi and Rasoolan Bai of Banaras Gharana, has earned her the prestigious 'Indira Gandhi Priyadarshini Award' in 2010. She holds the title of 'Sangeet Prabhakar' in singing from Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad, and is a graded artiste of All India Radio, as well as a listed artiste of ICCR.

Welcome to Virasat 2023, a cultural and heritage festival that celebrates Indian and international folk and classical dance, music, arts and crafts, and heritage. The festival is organized by REACH (Rural Entrepreneurship for Art & Cultural Heritage) and supported by various sponsors and partners.
