Fried chicken inspired by Snoop dogg's fried chicken YUMMY! guess the changes!

Ingredients:

Marinate chicken in:

2 cups Boil water
2 tbsp sugar
2 Bay leaf
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp Salt
1 orange
7-8 chicken drumstick/niblets/wings

Batter:

2 tbsp cornflour
1 cup flour
2 tbsp onion powder/ crisp (optional)
1+1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp chilli powder (optional)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
SNOOP DOG PUTS POTATO CHIPS BUT I DIDN'T BECAUSE IT JUST FALLS OFF AND MAKES THE FRIED CHICKEN LOOK BURNT. I TRIED IT WITH THE POTATO CHIPS DOESN'T TASTE ANYTHING EXTRA OR LESS!

If you do not have buttermilk,
Another option is:

2-3 tbsp Greek yoghurt/plain
1/2 cup whole Milk
