A prankster caused a commotion at the Cannes Film Festival on Friday after he went onto the red carpet and sneaked under the dress of actress America Ferrera. At the exact moment the cast and crew of the film 'How to Train Your Dragon 2' were being introduced on the red carpet for the photo call, a man, who appeared to be wearing an official accreditation, disturbed proceedings by crawling behind the cast and placing his head underneath Ferrera's dress. He was immediately led off and handed to a policeman. The man is reported to be Vitalii Sediuk, an infamous Ukranian reporter who has pulled several similar pranks in the past, including kissing Will Smith at a Moscow premiere and storming the Grammys stage during Adele's acceptance speech.
