The specs. are as follows:
Harbor Freight Earthquake Ratchet:
$129.99 for the combo kit
175 RPM
60 Ft/lbs torque

Milwaukee Fuel Ratchet:
149.00 Bare tool, 230.00 Combo kit
200RPM
55Ft/lbs.

Snap On:
$240 Bare Tool $430 Combo Kit
350 RPM
40Ft/lbs Torque

The Snap On ratchet was the most expensive ratchet of the three but, it had the highest RPM and most torque. The Harbor Freight was the surprise of the three. The price is cheap and the construction is great. The torque and RPM are low and the warranty is only 90 days. The Milwaukee was the winner for me. The warranty is by far the best at 5 years, the torque is good, the RPMs are good. What seals the deal for me is the battery platform. Milwaukee as over 90 tools that take this same battery. Compare this to the Harbor Freight which only offers 1 tool on this battery platform.
