Pompey secured the 2017 League Two title in style, with a resounding win over Cheltenham Town at Fratton Park.

Paul Cook's side had only been top of the table for 32 minutes during the course of the entire season, but snatched the trophy from rivals Plymouth Argyle and Doncaster Rovers.

The fans were already celebrating on the pitch when the full-time whistles blew across the division, meaning the party could really begin.

While an own goal opened the scoring, Kyle Bennett, Kal Naismith (2), Jamal Lowe and Gareth Evans (pen) were also on the scoresheet on a memorable day in PO4.
