Sharp-shinned Hawk pierces and squeezes Robin to death

Robins often enjoy drinking at the water. But this time a Sharp-shinned Hawk enjoys an easy meal. I wasn't ready to catch the action when the hawk swept down and grabbed the Robin off the rim of the water tray. But I did have my camera near to record the hawk squeezing the Robin until the bitter end.
