ABS FLITTERS
Flutters are a great exercise for the AB muscles and 1 of my favorite. I make this exercise more intense by doing them hanging from pull-up bar, Dip bar, & doing them while in a handstand which is the most intense of all.
I perform each exercise for 4 sets and I do them timed 20-30 seconds per set and rest 30 seconds in between each set.
