Consumers place emphasis on how brands are taking care of employees amid COVID-19 pandemic: Survey

A survey of 520 Singaporeans has revealed some key drivers of brand trust as businesses navigate through COVID-19. The study found that it's important for firms to not take advantage of the crisis to maximise profits, and that brands should take care of their employees and customers during such a difficult time. Mr Foo Mao Gen from Qualtrics, the company that conducted the study, shared more about building brand trust amid the pandemic.
