Welcome to MOVE FOR A MONTH!
This is your go-to home workout routine designed to help you get stronger & feel your best—without ANY equipment & without leaving your house! As a Certified Personal Trainer AND home workout enthusiast, I believe in the magic of movement & I'm here to hype you up along the way!
This plan consists of 12 full-length workouts where I guide you through HIIT style resistance training that incorporate both STRENGTH AND CARDIO (4 Upper Body, 4 Lower Body, and 4 Core) using ONLY our bodyweight & with a quick cooldown always included at the end.
MOVE FOR A MONTH is designed to be completed over 4 weeks, doing 3 workouts per week. Each week has a new theme so we’re steadily challenging ourselves & getting stronger - both mentally and physically. And the best part? ZERO equipment required!
