Introducing Cooking Series Cecilia Chiang’s Kitchen Wisdom

Introducing a six-part documentary and cooking series featuring Cecilia Chiang, known as the Julia Child of Chinese cuisine.

P.F. Chang’s is celebrating the launch of a new public television mini-series, “The Kitchen Wisdom of Cecilia Chiang.” The cooking series focuses on the mother of P.F. Chang’s co-founder and culinary visionary, Philip Chiang, and launches this month on PBS stations nationwide (check local listings).
