The interior of the rooms is warm, bright and airy, floor to ceiling windows are widely used and the ceiling height is 270cm. To achieve the best result, the cooperation with the client @Boliger For Folket AB, the architectural office @Tempt has been excellent. The architectural solution of the buildings has been developed in such a way that it would be as efficient as possible to produce, transport and erect them as Timbeco Modular Standard (TMS) modules.

The materials have been selected carefully and with the smallest possible environmental footprint in mind.
• For this project, we use @Clickwall wall solutions produced from 95% recycled wood material. The material is supplied by the manufacturer precisely cut to length and this reduces the occurrence of losses. It is a wall with practically invisible joints.
• All rooms have underfloor heating and the buildings are equipped with a ground heating solution.

The construction time of industrially produced buildings is several times shorter than conventional construction methods, thanks to which the construction of a factory-produced house disturbs the surrounding environment significantly less in terms of time, logistics, and noise background.With our services and products, we want to offer sustainable solutions that benefit customers, home buyers, the surrounding environment and the Timbeco team.
