Hey guys! Today I’m doing an in depth IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye concealer review! I’m testing it with my finger, a brush, a beauty sponge, with powder, without powder...the whole nine guys. As someone with dark circles and creasy/dry under eyes, acne, and dry skin, I’m testing the IT Cosmetics concealer in just about every way you can lol.
