Turkish Get Up with the Beast (106 lbs - 48 kg)

On a whim I decided to do this Beast Get Up (106 lb/48 kg) at a StrongFirst certification in Tel Aviv while we were getting ready to start the day. At the time I weighed about 160-165 lbs and managed to do this with next to no warm up - just a few Original Strength segmental rolls. Felt a lot easier than I anticipated, but was still no walk in the park. Just goes to show you that practice with lighter weights pays off!
