We love to tinker and tear stuff up in the hopes that putting it back together means improvement. We took my buddy Jeff's Yoder Wichita for a test spin and decided to makes some modifications. BBQ, to me is just always the pursuit of outstanding results. So sometimes the tools and technique need a tweak.
