Keshav Lal and Soni Lal - A decade after

Meet the busking duo Keshav-Soni. Keshav Chacha ji was in his early seventies when I met him first. The couple has been busking for decades, first in Mumbai, and then all over the country, and now in Pune. They have been to Punjab, Kurukshetra, you name it. A few months after I recorded his songs, I saw the couple's photo in the newspaper. Someone offered them a flat to stay in, in their old age. I remembered our conversation, where Chacha ji had specifically said they absolutely love travel, and couldn't stay put in one place for long. Today, he has performed on various stages and auditoriums in the city. I had hoped to meet them again someday, and today they were back in my lane, doing what Keshav Chacha ji has always enjoyed doing - Busking with the golden oldies.

Edit: Update: Thank you YouTube viewers for the 117k views. Had I known this would get so many views, I ought to have monetized it and forwarded the Ad revenue to the Lals. Chacha ji hasn't been back to this area, so when I contact him next I'll arrange for this to happen for real.
