Resection of Clinoidal Meningioma
Patient History:
68-year-old male with known clinoidal meningioma that had been previously treated with stereotactic radiosurgery. Serial MRI showed increase in the size of the lesion. The patient had a mild 6th nerve palsy with diplopia and was otherwise neurologically non-focal.
