Langkawi Travel Guide Overview: (0:18-0:25)

1. Jet Ski Island Hopping (0:41-2:09)

Ride your own jet ski as you zip across the blue Langkawi island ocean waves, exploring Langkawi’s many tiny islands. The 3-hour package costs RM698 per jet ski.

Be sure to stop by Dayang Bunting (Pregnant Maiden) Island, which has a picturesque freshwater lake. According to local folklore, couples having difficulty in conceiving a child should take a dip in the lake’s blessed waters.

Many of the remote Langkawi islands are uninhabited, so you’ll probably come across a secret Langkawi beach or two that you’ll have all to yourself.

2. Parasailing (2:10-3:33)

Cenang Beach is probably Langkawi’s most popular beach, where you can find all sorts of water sports and activities available. A favorite among visitors is parasailing, where you can soar through the sky and take in the view of Pulau Langkawi from up above. It costs around RM300 per person.

3. Paradise 101 (3:34-5:19)

One of the more popular Langkawi attractions is Paradise 101, a private man-made island located off Telaga Harbour Marina that’s home to a fun, floating obstacle course.

For super-fast thrills, jump on the Jet Pilot or the banana boat, which will take you careening across the water. Or even the Zip Line, where you’ll scream as you fly through the air.

Paradise Day Pass
Adult: RM240
Child: RM120

4. SkyCab & SkyBridge (5:20-7:09)

Visit two of Langkawi’s most iconic attractions, the SkyCab (similar to a Langkawi cable car) and Langkawi Sky Bridge, for breathtaking 360-degree views you won’t forget. Get on the SkyCab at the base of Machinchang Mountain, which will slowly take you up the mountain so you can appreciate the sights.

The Langkawi Sky Bridge is said to be the longest free span and curved suspension bridge in the world, with its highest point at 708 meters above sea level.

Wondering what to do in Langkawi? Check out the Langkawi Wildlife Park, where you can get up-close with over 150 species of animals from around the world. If you’re brave enough to face hungry creatures, buy food packs so you can feed them by hand.

Non-MyKad Holders: RM39 (Adult); RM22 (Child/Senior)

6. Langkawi Adventure & Xtreme Park (8:33-10:09)

To make your Langkawi trip worth it, visit this outdoor adventure park built for true thrillseekers. Here, you can try to keep your precarious balance on a skybike – a bicycle on a wire suspended 50 meters off the ground or roar through the jungle on an ATV on the 90-minute ATV adventure track

7. Kilim Karst Geoforest Park (10:10-11:17)

On the northern part of the Langkawi island is the Kilim Karst Geoforest Park, a nature reserve featuring mangroves, caves and limestone formations. Cruise down the river to view the mangrove trees that line the river. Then, visit the bat cave for a close-up view of the nocturnal residents.

Then, head to the eagle feeding spot to watch the majestic birds of prey as they swoop down to the water to scoop up their food.

Fee
RM200-500 per boat, depending on the length of the tour

8. Bella Vista Waterfront Hotel & Resort Langkawi

Conveniently located along waterfront in the town of Kuah, Langkawi, the hotel offers guests easy access to all the top activities and attractions in Pulau Langkawi.
