Crispy Spinach Pakora Recipe | Street Style Pakode | Easy Indian Snack

In this video, I’m showing you how to make delicious and crispy spinach (pakode) at home!

We start by adding chickpea flour (besan) to a mixing bowl. Then we add whole coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds (methi), red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, and cumin powder. Mix everything well.

Next, we add finely chopped onion, potato, a bit of chaat masala (to taste), salt, and lots of fresh spinach. Mix everything thoroughly, and add just a little water to create a thick batter.

In a separate pan, heat oil for frying. Drop small portions of the batter into the hot oil, and let the pakoras cook on low heat until they turn golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot with mint chutney for the perfect snack!
