Aspen Plus. Biomass to X. Part 2. Catalytic Hydrotreatment of Pyrolysis Oil #chemicalengineering

In this video, the bio-oil produced in the video in the info card is treated via a catalytic hydrotreatment process.
The goal is to convert oxygenated hydrocarbons into oxygen-free hydrocarbons.
RYield in Aspen Plus is used as reactor, incorporating experimental data.
The reactor is operated at 370 °C and 140 bar.
