Pryaniki Russian Spiced Honey Cookies

These are a delicious cookie. Very popular in Russian the texture is soft and has a host of wonderfully seasonal spices,. Then they are iced as well. Ideal as a Christmas cookie, these are very similar to the German Pfeffernusse.
