(:HowTo Fix:) Laptop TouchScreen or USB Not Working After PC Wakes Up

Has your laptop touchscreen or other USB stopped working? Don't worry, it's probably not broken. Try "Turning it Off and On Again" your computer that is. If your touchscreen comes back this video will tell you how to prevent it from breaking again.

The Problem:
Touchscreen or other USB device stops working when computer resumes from a sleep state. Device will show disabled status in Device Manager

The Cause:
Driver conflicts with the "USB Selective Suspend" functions of the Windoes Power Management Sytem.

The Solution:
1: Disable power control of specific device in device manager
2: Disable global "USB Selective Suspend" setting to affect all devices
