carvana

So the next town over from me from Westfield Ma. is proposing a Carvana distribution center. I don't normally get involved with protests like this but my best friend and wife of 30 years is pretty adamant about this cause. Here is the thing that bothers me, this is 100% farmland in the middle of no where, the nearest interstate or any hi way that makes any kind of sense is miles away. (Southwick, MA). Obviously my 2 cents makes no difference, but the location makes zero sense, except maybe for the value of the land(old and vacant Tobacco fields) that they might have been offered. I would gladly pay 100k to prevent this.
