Sharing our personal experience with how dark things got for Jake. He was battling suicide ideation and on this episode we are sharing how this state came to be in his life and the wake up call that it was for me when I realized the depths of what he was experiencing.

We are sharing in hopes that it helps you walk through whatever it is that you are experiencing in life. Hoping you see it more clearly and with that hoping that you can see that no matter what you always have options. There is always a place to go. There is always a next step.
