Best African Food Recipe for fresh caught Fish

Todad my Kaka Vuai showed me how they prepare fish in Zanzibari Style and Samir and Moahamadu helped making the Salad. I roasted a Breadfruit again, but this time i put it on the stove and it was delicious again. The Changu Fish is called Emperor Fish or White Snapper. These are sweet mildly flavoured fish which taste very good, especially when prepared the Zanzibar Style!
