Film Post Production: Sound Syncing with Plural Eyes, without TimeCode, multiple track files.

I had experienced a problem with syncing sound and video.
We used Zoom H6 and BlackMagic Production Camera 4K to capture media, and inherited NO jammed TimeCode from both of those devices, so two options were left:
1). Manual syncing old fashioned way with clapper board (dull, time consuming, can be inaccurate)
2). Automation with Plural Eyes 3.5

I decided to go with Plural Eyes 3.5, but ran into a problem of having multiple audio files for all mics that we used (boom, 3-4 lavaliers). So in every take we had 3-5 audio files, Plural Eyes 3.5 does not recognize multiple audio files for one take.

So I had to find a fast workflow to bake all audio tracks into one file for each take, to make Plural Eyes work.
