Russia - EU Business Dialogue - SPIEF 2011

The recent global financial crisis and long-term trend in regional economic integration have had a profound impact on the substance and form of trade and economic relations between Russia and the European Union. The Russia--EU strategic partnership is becoming increasingly complex and the two are becoming increasingly interdependent.

Panelists including Anatoly Chubais, Sergei Dubinin, Alexei Mordashov and Alexei Likhachev discuss the following questions:

1) What new policies should be adopted to strengthen trade and economic ties between Russia and the European Union, especially with regards to investment in innovative technologies?
