Who are UCL Rover?

UCL Rover is a 15-person team of undergraduate and graduate Mechanical Engineering students from University College London, first founded in 2017.

The UCL Rover Team consists of of 1st, 2nd, and 4th year Engineering students and is split into two core divisions; the Mars Rover Division and the Lunar Rover Division.

The Mars Rover Division of UCL Rover, recently competed in the European Rover Challenge, which was held in Starachowice, Poland from 14th-16th of September 2018.

As the first group from UCL to compete in the European Rover Challenge, and one of the first British teams to enter the competition, their aim was to construct a rover capable of competing in tasks analogous to those performed by rovers on the surface of Mars and the Moon.
