Building dual Hoverboard WIND Generators DIY

I made a charging controller from the website: https://www.thebackshed.com/Windmill/articles/TL084-Controller.asp
Battery pack Li ion 18650 Sony 34Ah 3S with 100A BMS.
Additionally, a 100W Pv solar panel connected to the system.
Inverter 12-230V 500/1000W.
Till now, the highest power obtained from the two wind turbines is 340W
